Leicester Cosmetic Makeover

This is another property we took over for a landlord who lives in China. It was his old family home and there had previously been some family members living there but he had not had anybody managing it professionally for him.

Despite renting it to family members the property had deteriorated but luckily only needed painting, cleaning, and some tidying inside and outside. It was not a big job so we were able to do some strategic photos to advertise the property and carry out the works during the viewing process.

This landlord had a tight budget, so we delayed the refurb costs he incurred and deducted it over the first four months of the tenancy so that he did not have a big cost all in one go. This helped the landlord with their cashflow and allowed the property to be presented well to attract the high-quality tenants we wanted for him.

The same tenants have lived here for the past two years and have even improved the property further themselves as they love it so much.
