We understand this and have created a service that caters to a variety of events, protects you against rent defaults and covers all legal costs for repossession. One of the most important decisions you will make as a landlord is finding the right agency to take care of your rental property and by choosing Horizon Premium you are going a step further to reduce the risks from letting and guarantee complete peace of mind.
TOTAL RENT
We pay you the total rent amount, no matter how many tenants are on the tenancy
MISSED RENT
We pay you missed rental payments for up to 15 months (or until vacant possession)
VACANT PAYMENTS
We pay you up to 3 months rent at 75% following vacant possession (where applicable)
LEGAL EXPENSES
We pay professional fees to cover eviction costs
3.5% + VAT
