Sizeable Nottingham Refurb

Before:

This is a refurbishment job we did for some landlords that we already manage other properties for. They found a property in Nottinghamshire area which isn’t an area they normally buy in but seen as they knew we were local and used a local list of trusted contractors they weren’t worried.

As they are based abroad they needed somebody to provide a solution to refurbing the property on their behalf and used us as they knew we would do a good job.

We also managed the property for them once the work was done and still to this day so the fact that we knew the property so well meant we could give them an even higher standard of management than normal, without much effort.

After:

The landlords set a very generous budget for this refurb due to the money they saved on the purchase so we were able to spend a high amount on it which meant we got a higher standard of tenant to live in it also.
