If you are a tenant and have a repair or issue you need to report then it has never been easier to get in touch with us!

We have a large range of contractors who are all certified and well qualified.

Our gas engineers are all registered as Gas Safe and our electrical engineers are all registered with NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors & Testers), both have relevant certification to show if requested.

In addition, as part of our vetting process and ongoing management, we hold up to date Public Liability insurance for all contractors.
